These terms govern the use of www.poctus.it, run for the Poctus project by Francesco Saverio Mazzi (Frasma), an independent software studio based in Mantua, Italy, VAT no. IT02750410207 (“Poctus”). By using the site you agree to these terms.
1. What the site offers
The site presents Poctus and its product, Octopus, and lets you book a demo or apply to the Founding Partner Program. Using the site is free.
Access to Octopus, including during Early Access, is governed by a separate agreement between Poctus and the company concerned: these terms do not grant any right to use the product.
2. Informational content
The content of the site, including the description of the agents and the processes and cases shown, is for information only and describes a product in development. It is not a binding offer or a promise of specific results: timelines, savings and outcomes depend on each company’s processes and must be assessed case by case.
3. Acceptable use
By using the site you agree not to:
- submit false information through the forms, or other people’s data without their consent;
- try to access restricted areas, compromise the security of the site or overload it;
- copy or reuse the site’s content in breach of section 4.
4. Intellectual property
The text, graphics, logos, the Poctus and Octopus brands, videos and code of the site belong to Poctus or their respective owners and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to the pages, but you may not reproduce their content without written permission.
5. Links to other sites
The site may link to third-party services such as LinkedIn or WhatsApp. Poctus is not responsible for the content or policies of those services.
6. Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep the site available and its content accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Poctus is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or from reliance on its informational content.
7. Privacy
How we process personal data collected through the site is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Mantua, Italy, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of the latest update.
